My friends's delight in sharing his discovery of the words ontology and epistemology stirred something in me to share with him my own explorations of who am I ? And what is the nature and origin of the knowledge that can reveal that truth ? As Satyagrahas, let us not enter into a marxian dialectic nor be swayed by excogitating committees, anagogical promises or the hallucinations of so-called cenobites. The ignes fatui conjured by the mis-scientists cannot provide the ataraxia so eagerly sought. Thaumatologists must of needs conclude that these feats, however subtle and alluring, are no nostrum for the sincere soul seeking true eudemonia. Only by diving deep into the Vaisnava hagiologies will we find a penetrating exposition of the realized truth.
