Many spiritual practitioners in the western world had their first introduction to Eastern thought and yoga via the music of George Harrison. His incredible spiritual journey and music will be discussed and performed in a moving tribute interspersed with anecdotes, philosophy and of course a healthy sample of his music. Gregg Giddings (Gangamantri dasa), a musician and practitioner of Bhakti yoga for the past 30 years, will be keeping the spirit of George Harrison alive and well in Minneapolis with an intimate performance that will be sure to delight one and all. The program will begin with traditional kirtan followed by the concert. A light vegetarian dinner will follow.
